Murray has been looking after the telecommunications and wiring side of things at the College since 1998. He has always been responsive, professional, knowledgeable and approachable.
Last year we needed to upgrade our old phone system. We approached Murray and two outside companies for suggestions and quotes. Murray’s recommendations and quotation was very competitive and we accepted it. The installation was organised around College times, so after school and on a Friday/Saturday. He was then here on the Monday to ensure that it all went smoothly and to deal with any issues if they arose, which I am pleased to say did not.
Another reason we chose Murray, other than the attributes above, is that he made himself available on a number of occasions when we were considering the new telephone system, to answer all our naïve questions which made our understanding all the easier. An asset for us also is having a local contractor around in case something happens, especially in a business where our communications with parents is so vital.
